From restaurants to gas stations, hotels to dentist offices, the entities that provide goods and services to the Alexandria community are already engaging in great activities to make this an ecologically sustainable place. All businesses in Alexandria are encouraged to get involved in the Eco-City Alexandria initiative. Alexandria’s Environmental Policy Commission welcomes ideas, questions and comments about the Eco-City Charter, the development of the Environmental Action Plan, and current sustainable practices for businesses.
